I know it hasn't even been like.. 6 hours since my last post but geeze! I want to know about the house. >.<

If you haven't guessed I still haven't heard shit, looks like I might have to take the other one after all.

So far with the house so good. Kind of. Sort of. Someone pray for us.

I've finally got everything worked out, we made an offer. Good right? No... We've been in stupid negotiations. for like 3 days. The house is listed for $79,900, the neighbors (almost identical) is 75k, so we offer 75 + closing expecting them to counter with like 77-78 + closing. What do they offer back? 82k... plus closing. 

Wtf.

So we're now offering 79k.. +closing. We'll see, we'll probably know tomorrow.

So here's my design for my Dragon Con costume! The best part is (aside from that I'll be part of a group costume this year) is that all of these pieces can be broken up for regular clothes!
